The Small Town Project brings world-class fitness and wellbeing to rural communities across Ireland. Our mission is simple: make expert coaching, supportive classes, and healthier living accessible to everyone — no matter where they live.

We help underserved communities get fitter, stronger, and healthier — while building the confidence, mindset, and belief to achieve so much more.

What We Do

At The Small Town Project, we make fitness and wellbeing accessible in underserved communities through expert-led training, personalised support, and community-driven programs.

Group Fitness Classes

High-energy, coach-led sessions designed for all fitness levels. Classes combine strength, conditioning, and functional training to help people get fitter, stronger, and more confident.

Personal Coaching & Training Plans

Tailored support for individuals who want extra accountability, customised training programs, or help working towards specific goals (from weight loss and strength to Hyrox and running events).

Nutrition & Wellbeing Support
